I got on the bike for close to an hour. It felt a little like a recovery ride. I felt steady in the 18 mph gearing and jumped into the 20 mph for a minute sprint here and there. I felt a little sluggish in the legs, but I think that is coming from not getting to bed early enough. I have been up late getting some extra work in. I can’t let this become a habit.
The kiddo learned a new trick. My wife taught him that climbing on my back while I do push ups is “helping” daddy. He gets so proud when he does it that I can’t stop smiling even though push ups are an area where I am really weak.
