Tonight I had the kiddo down for bed at a decent hour. This allowed my wife and I time to chat before she headed to bed early leaving me with plenty of time to get in the work out I had planned. However, the late night last night took its toll and I fell asleep on the couch while watching The National Parks: America's Best Idea on PBS. I don’t feel let down at all. As I relaxed I could feel my legs begin a recovery process they were robbed of last night. The extra day of rest may ultimately prove a good thing.
The 30 minute ride and 30 minutes of core will be there tomorrow night. I may even get a quick run it at lunch depending on how well the recovery takes.
