Last night we ended up going for a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge and then to Time Square (and most of the way back). I normally wouldn’t log this as a workout but a 10 mile walk deserves mention. My co-worker who came along had not been in the city before and seemed to enjoy seeing a few of the sights by foot.
I have did not use the elevator at all so I have gotten a fair share of stair workouts; however, fell short of the lofty ambitions I had for getting out for runs and using the hotel pool.
I focused today on making contacts instead of the educational schedule and made a few that I think really made the trip worth going on. Needless to say, it is good to be home.
